At Espresso Machines, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home brewing experience. If your machine isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the espresso machine in its original packaging, including all portafilters, manuals, and accessories to ensure a safe transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the machine's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
